  • When is the practice open?

    Our office is open Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturday.  Our schedule is subject to change, please call to confirm office hours.

  • Are you accepting new patients?

    Yes, we are currently accepting new patients.


    Please see the list of insurances that we accept under the Insurances section of our website.


    Before scheduling an appointment with our office, please ensure all healthcare records are shared with us. 


    Medical records give us valuable insight into your child's medical history, past treatments, and ongoing health needs.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    To make an appointment please call our office. 


     Our office visits are by appointment only.


    We also offer same-day sick appointments.

  • Which health insurances do you accept?

    Please refer to our insurance page to review a list of accepted insurance carriers. Call our office if you have insurance questions.

  • Where do I park?

    We offer convenient parking directly in front of the office on the northside of the building, facing Deer Valley Road.

  • Do you offer after hours advice?

    Our dedicated providers are available after hours until 10 PM.  


    Please note we do not call in ANY medications after hours.


    We encourage you to check our child health resources link before calling. 


    For non-urgent matters, mild illness, scheduling appointments, or refilling medications, please call during regular office hours.

  • How do I refill a prescription?

    For medication refills, please ensure there are no refills available by calling your pharmacy. If there are no refills available call our office to schedule an appointment.

  • Can I get referrals to specialists?

    Please contact our office to schedule an appointment to obtain a referral.

  • When should my child be seen for well-child visits?
  • Can I stop by and see the office before my baby is born?

    You are welcome to stop by and get new baby paperwork from our office before your baby is born.

  • My baby was just born. When should I schedule their first visit?

    Congratulations!  We recommend calling our office after your baby is born before you are discharged from the hospital.  We normally schedule your baby's first newborn visit 1-2 days after discharge.

  • Is breastfeeding encouraged?

    Our office supports and encourages nursing mothers. Our providers offer breastfeeding support and we work with several lactation specialists.

  • I have questions about vaccinations?

    If you have any concerns or questions about vaccinations feel free to contact our office.

  • Do you offer ear piercing?

    Yes. You can schedule an appointment for the provider to pierce your child's ears.
