The office staff was very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Hineman was very nice and explained in detail every part of my daughter's diagnosis. My daughter was a bit nervous before the visit but started to feel at ease during. Thank you very much!

I came to this office after my previous doctors office told me that we could no longer be patients if we decided on an alternative vaccine schedule for our child. This office is great about not pressuring parents to follow the CDC vaccine schedule. I also have never felt judged at this office for doing things differently. You can tell that the doctors, NPs, and medical assistants truly care about the kids. My 10 month old absolutely loves the staff. They are patient with her and work hard to get us seen quickly. Sometimes the after 5pm appointments can be a bit of a wait to see the doctor when you’re in the office but the daytime appointments are typically on schedule. Understandable though when the after hour appointments are usually packed and they have less staffing at that time. I’m grateful they have the option though. They walked us through our child having RSV and helped us get her the care she needed quickly. I love this office. I don’t know what the bad reviews are about. This place is amazing!
