Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I bring my child in for a well child visit?
We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) guidelines regarding well child examinations. Please review the well-check schedule.

What do I do if my child gets sick after your office is already closed?
If your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.  If your child is in urgent need of care after our regular office hours, please take your child to one of our recommended Urgent Care or Emergency Room Centers.

Can I bring more than one child in for a scheduled appointment?
We are committed to giving each patient the time and attention they need, and we are also respectful of the time of patients and parents in our waiting room. If you have more than one child who needs to see the doctor, please make an appointment for each child who needs to be seen.

Do vaccinations cause autism?
Vaccines do not cause autism. We strongly encourage you to have your child vaccinated. If you are concerned about the safety of vaccines, please schedule an appointment to discuss the pros and cons of vaccinating your child. Please visit our website resources for additional resources regarding immunizations.
